Ravil Rufailovich Sabitov (; born 8 March 1968) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player. He is an assistant coach with the Latvian club AFA Olaine.

As a player, he made his debut in the Soviet Top League in 1989 for FC Dynamo Moscow.
